Turn the Read into a Call

Follow the read-to-call pattern
  1. ReadRead defender utility and positioning to locate the heavy setup and its likely rotator.
  2. ManipulateKeep credible pressure on that setup so the rotator must stay or respond.
  3. ExploitRegroup into the weaker area and attack before the rotator can recover.

Leadership Habits

  • Let all five players contribute

Ask each role for one relevant observation. If new information changes the read, update the call.

    Build the call together
  • Keep comms steady

Reset quickly after mistakes so teammates can report clearly and act on the next call.

    Lead without tilt
  • Prepare with a purpose

Study opponent tendencies only when the sample is reliable. Otherwise, review demos to solve one specific problem in your own playbook.
